ion55 enforces a strict minimum age requirement of 21 years for all Members. Age is verified during the KYC process before any withdrawal can be processed, and randomly at any time during the account lifecycle. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and all funds forfeited.
Tools & Controls

Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your ion55 account. Once your limit is reached, no further deposits are accepted until the period resets. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
Define the maximum amount of time you want to spend in a single gaming session. When your session limit is reached, ion55 will display a reminder and, if you choose, automatically log you out. This tool is particularly effective for keeping recreational play within a healthy time budget.
Set a cap on the total amount you are willing to lose across a defined period — daily, weekly, or monthly. Once your loss limit is hit, your account is automatically restricted from placing further bets until the period resets. Like deposit limits, reductions take effect immediately.
Request a temporary break from the ion55 platform for a period of your choosing — 24 hours, 48 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out, your account is suspended and you cannot log in or deposit. The time-out cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
If you feel that gambling is negatively affecting your life, you can permanently self-exclude from ion55. Self-exclusion closes your account and blocks it from being reopened for a minimum of six months. A permanent self-exclusion option is also available. Enable periodic on-screen reminders that display how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during the current session. Reality checks are a simple but powerful way to stay grounded, especially during extended live casino or slot sessions where time can pass quickly.
Getting Started

Access the ion55 platform and log in using your registered username and password. If you have not yet registered, you must be 21 or older to create an account.

Every Member must complete full identity and age verification (KYC) before making their first withdrawal. ion55 requires a valid government-issued photo ID — such as a KTP (Indonesian national identity card) or passport — confirming the Member is 21 years of age or older.
